Delivery

Product Warranty

Products from our trusted brands — Maet, Febi, and ELRING — come with a 6-month warranty, valid after a technical inspection report.

Tax

All prices include Value Added Tax (VAT), where applicable.

Offer Validity

This offer is valid for 3 to 5 days from the date of issuance. Be sure to take advantage of it while it lasts!

Used Product Warranty

Used products are covered by a 1-month warranty from the date of purchase.

Refunds and Returns

• You can request a refund within 14 days of your purchase.
• Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
• Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging to qualify.
• Please note: shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
• Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the returned item.
• A technical report is required for any returned item before a refund can be issued.
